I have been an avid drinker of this milk brand since months ago. Only lately I have encountered 2 unpleasant experiences with it – the milk has gone sour before the expiry date (between > 3 days but < 1 week). I wonder how I can reach their customer service? It’s such a waste.
I have been an avid drinker of this milk brand since months ago. Only lately I have encountered 2 unpleasant experiences with it – the milk has gone sour before the expiry date (between > 3 days but < 1 week). I wonder how I can reach their customer service? It’s such a waste.
I would like to complain on your promoter at AEON (Jaya Jusco) Queensbay mall Penang, the old lady promoter is a very rude person she dare to tell off the returning customer that they have tasted the drink before and cannot taste it anymore.
Also she always pour the milk less than 1/4 of the small miserable cup, whereby the customer cannot even taste the milk.
Your promoter is not helping to promote the milk instead she is pissing off and chasing off the customer for you all because if your promoter do not want to serve returning customer and refuse to pour them the milk then you all should fire her and no need to put a promoter there if you all do no want to let the customer taste the drink.
These old promoters at AEON Queensbay mall Penang always do not want to let customer taste the free sample then later they will pour it in their tupperwear and bring it back and drink themselve and they will pour a lot for the other promoters to drink.
So your milk is not letting the customers to drink but instead letting your own promoter and other brand promoters to drink.
It is like their custome at the mall whereby all the old lady promoters always exchange their free sample drink or food with other promoters and they are always rude to the customers and even dare to tell the customer no need to taste you tasted before and this pisses off the customer and the customer will not buy your milk even if your milk is extremely good.
Some action should be taken on this old promoter.
